Chronomaster do a leather one for about that price, takes up to 12 watches IIRC.
I'd like a nice case to keep 6 - 8 watches in & am looking for recommendations.
I know jack all about these, but does budget of up to £50 buy something nice?
No firm ideas on style, just not but no too bulky & not ornate.
Thanks in advance?
Andy

F.T.F.A.
Not a fan of the fancy wooden display boxes so I bought some of the aluminium cases from Denuo Accessories in the US. Very pleased with them particularly the 8 watch "maxi" cases.
Thanks - did you order from the States, or from a UK stockist?
Like the US prices, but not the rip off release fees, then VAT you get charged if the item gets pulled by Customs

I've ordered from him in the States 3 times now, 2 consignments straight through with no problem, one pulled for vat. So overall I'm ahead :DOriginally Posted by andy tims

How about going "Stealth"?
I bought one of this Bill's Custom Watch Cases in the largest version, room for 8 watches, for $40 + shipping not bad!

Im just looking into sourcing this sort of thing, single watch case
If i can get enough interest to buy 50 I think they should be around £3 each + postage.
I got my box from here and would recommend the quality and value for money:

These "look" OK. For the price.
Though I'm not really sure what "Man-Made from Japan" means.
Maybe they mean hand-made.

Can be found here as well.Originally Posted by rapidboy
But they will no more ship outside the USA :?
Anywhere else? The idea of a group-buy is good, I would put up an interest in three.

That's one good looking watch "Taco". If there's a group buy, could little old me from South East Asia join in? And John. I think they mean the material used is synthetic, not genuine leather. Still, nabuka does feel as nice as real leather.Originally Posted by rapidboy
I know this doesn't help, as it's just an additional question.
Does anyone here remember back about four or five years ago, there was a company that made very high-end leather watch boxes. For some reason I seem to remember the name 17 Jewels, but I don't think that's right. I recall they had a hand-made black leather covered four watch box, and a green lizard skin covered two watch box. There were others up to eight watches. All were covered in hand sewn leather, and I believe they all had suede interiors. I always wanted one at the time, but they were unbelievably expensive to me at the time. I guess they went out of business, because I've searched for them a few times over the years, and never found a trace. Anyone here know what I'm talking about?
These people do some very nice leather boxes
