It is there, on the icon bar at the top. Click on the envelope.

That's interesting. I can't see an envelope in the icon bar. The 'writing pad' icon allows me to create a PM if I want but I also can't see how to read one.

Same as myself then. There doesn't seem to be an obvious way to access PMs.
