Not just me then. LOVE the idea of a fancy material that makes it look like it is made out of...black Ikea veneer

Strangely my first thought was of Bob Marley

my second thought was no one would actually buy it, so must be a give away for people buying their next hypercar.

My 3rd thought was that some should give Mille a jolly good slap.

Whoever does not know how to hit the nail on the head should be asked not to hit it at all.

It does seem to have a passing resemblance to Richard Mille watches...

Prices not yet announced but Autoevolution are reporting "In other words, prepare more than $1 million for the opportunity of owning a 50-03." !

I can think of many better ways of blowing a million dollars or so.

I like it, but I'm a long way from the target market.
It's just a matter of time...

Even setting fire to a million notes like the KLF did would be better than buying that monstrosity!

Really not my bag either. I think I'm getting too old to tell the time with a quick glance on something that busy.

Looks like a G-Shock to me...

Do people REALLY struggle to understand who buy these and why? They buy them because they're fabulously wealthy and can afford to have something unique.

None of us would buy one because, even the wealthiest here are probably not wealthy enough to drop a million (or even half) on an ugly, albeit rare, watch, without thought.

Those who are will probably have their egos massaged during the process of buying, they won't be grubbing around on SC or grumbling about only getting a coffee at the local AD...

I sometimes feel that RM and Hublot are in a battle to produce the ugliest, most illegible watches possible!

Isn't this about how much cash you can attach to a watch strap? Its bound to look awful because it will be worn by awful people!

As watches go, I wish this one would. Its like accidentally looking at the sun, I close my eyes and it's still bloody there.

"wow, that's quite an imposing watch you have there, what is it?!"

"oh it's a RM 50-03 Tourbillon Split Seconds Chronograph Ultralight McLaren F1"

Try saying that without looking like a berk. It's ghastly, and for that reason I shall not be ordering one.

I see this one is billing itself as the world's lightest mechanical chronograph....I had no idea that was ever something watch makers were aspiring to. I wonder which marque is now kicking themselves that their title has been taken...by a watch with a plaque on the front.

Looks like it's been thrown together from the parts bin. By thrown together I mean the technician on one side of the room and the watch on the other.
