I think she was a little wooden, probably a bit tense and nervous, and not quite on the money with her timing. She relaxed later in the piece, after about 2 mins.
Competent, not spectacular, if she was my student I'd be pleased if she'd been playing a couple of years, wasn't a natural but could be taught to do that.
I think she's pretty good.

Out of 2 i'd give her one.
I think she's got a good teacher and practises like a good girl. But her attack is so samey, not very musical. The guy has more soul, but still....nothing special. Remember, a distorted, sustaining electric guitar is a gloriously easy instrument to play.
This performance of Van Halen's Spanish Fly on an acoustic* (chosen at random after a quick search) is far more impressive, despite the roughness:
*it sounds to me like it's a traditional gut strung spanish guitar? In which case, even harder to play. But I might be hearing what I want to hear ;)
