Just arrived this morning. Brand new, £501 eBay purchase. Delighted with it!

I've owned (at varying points throughout this bloody hobby) a few Omegas (x3), a few Precistas (x4) Steinharts (x2) Invicta, Tissot (x2), Orient and a fair few others yet I quite happily return to Seiko like a moth to a flame.
I have other priorities that mean I can't justify spending over £500 on a watch. I've looked at pre-owned more "expensive" makes but I feel I'm buying the brand rather than something that I would actually enjoy.
Whereas I found my SUN017 via a WTB on here and for me it's (almost) perfect. I haven't seen the cobalt blue bezel or chapter ring on many other watches let alone any other Seiko models. My only criticism is that in some lights the yellow gmt hand can be confused with the hour hand.

I have these two babies and an orange Monster tucked away
My new Shogun SBDC029 arrived this afternoon. Popped it on the Crafter Blue rubber for now. Good job I didn't order a Sumo curved end strap, I never gave a thought to the Shogun being 22mm wide between the lugs. I was a bit worried about authenticity, but I guess this must be a genuine Seiko as the chapter ring is out of whack as usual!

My Seiko Shogun SBDC007
Fantastic watch. Just got this last week.
It's going to replace my black Gulfmaster G-shock. Totally different league.

My newest Seiko acquisition. Bought it to mod to fff, but not sure if that will ever happen.

My latest acquisition:
Always wanted one, and this one runs really well and has the perfect face/case colour combo for me.
These arrived yesterday
7548-700B, The hands and bezel insert are replacements and not original but should be an easy fix.
7548-7000, this one will need some tlc to get it running
7546-700C, purchase for spares for the 7548's but running nice
7546-8021, also for spares and running, but I think I will pop the movement and white dial in a 6309 case.
7C43-700A, picked up at a local auction. Came with the original box, strap & booklets.
SBBN031 arrived today, great excuse to pop up a group photo!
Today is SKX007J day. What a classic and unbelievable value.

Rob van Herpt at Monsterwatches in the Netherlands builds them, or at least did at one time. I believe the white dial was borrowed from the SZEN006, a limited edition released in Thailand(?) from a few years ago.
Other than the white dial, it's a standard issue 2nd gen Monster running the 4R36.
He still shows them on his web site:

Mine is in the shop for a block coil replacement. A H558 5000 dive watch. Original owner and used it for its intended purpose, swimming and diving.

Thanks. Fingers crossed all it needed was the coil.

My latest. I found the SARB033/5 wasn't really doing it for me. I nearly went for the limited edition but I'm glad I went with this one in the end, particularly given the price (although it came from Japan and not "Amsterdam" as advertised by the shop on EBay)
Thanks and no, it sailed through, Japan to the U.K between Friday and Monday
