If its real, yes!
Just paid £3750 for a 1998 no date Sub. Tritium dial
Private deal
No box or papers
Do you think this is a fair price for current market?
If its real, yes!
Shouldn't that be a 14060M from this date? Or did they co-exist?

In 1999, Rolex transitioned from the 14060 to the upgraded 14060m.
I'd hold out for one with B&P for not much more.
I'd say that was on the high side for no box and papers.
There was one on the SC recently, Rolex box (and other point of sale bits) and sale papers from a very reputable dealer, but no bracelet for £2,800
About 12-month+ ago I sold my full set, trit dial 14060, excellent condition and serviced by Rolex for £3,000
Too many people seem determined to talk up the price of Rolex.
Comments like "that was sold too cheap", when it was a standard SC price, make you wonder what the motive of the poster is.

OP has no access to SC, so moot, also missing a bracelet
It isn't moot, it is a reference point and even more relevant as he doesn't have access to view the prices on the SC.
As for lack of bracelet, it doesn't take a look to work out what the price of a pre-owned one is. Furthermore, you could argue in Rolex circles, paperwork (and the box) is worth more than the bracelet because bracelets can be replaced easily - original paperwork cannot.
I just bought my early 2000 14060 with box and no papers for £3600 from Germany

£2800 + 900 for a bracelet.
12 month+ price isn't relevant unless you're Marty McFly or Doc Brown.
They don't come up on sales corner very often now and the last one that did sold within minutes, so without talking it up it was probably too cheap. I had a WTB up for one earlier this year with no response and couldn't find anything near 2800 or 3k with bracelet.
Watchfinder valued a box and papers to be worth £150 on a watch I recently enquired about.
Can't say whether it's a good deal or otherwise without seeing or handling the watch! Anyone who pretends otherwise is blowing hot air, the watch is 19 yrs old and at that age the condition could be anything from near mint to near-scrap.
If I was the OP I would've satisfied myself it was a good deal before buying.

Subject to condition I think it's a good price, currently 14060's seem to sell around £4000.
For me I think a T<25 dial 14060 is the most desirable and even more so as all begins to cream.
Nice sharp case is s must and no worries if head only as a 93150 can always be picked up.
It's an excellent watch you have purchased and is always the go to in my collection
Enjoy

Pleased with watch, good condition.
Glass is scratch free , few small marks on bezel
U Serial number dates it to 1997
Strap code is Z9 which again dates to 1997
Was a little concerned : when i took the strap off the 3rd digit on both model number and serial number was worn away, must be rubbing from the pin strap. Is this common?
Snap, mines a U also. Its lovely and you should be very pleased.
Talking prices up or not, a T<25 14060 will always be a very desirable and I am sure values will leap as T<25 16710's have.
Well done and enjoy

Looks great KingKitega. Would love one of these in my collection, but I do also find myself drawn to the Black Bay.
