It angers me so much and I won't forget it when someone from a Swiss(Oge) watch company says something and then, not even 24 hours later, take it back. And they are so concerned about their image that their forum admins take down posts that are not abusive at all! That is one helluva customer service! There are two people there that should know better. As for me, I know where my money won't be going to in the future.

I wanted to vent my dissapointment and rage into the open over how I was treated by a "Swiss" watch company. I've talked to their "customer service" and I got nothing. Why am I being treated like a joke? Should I keep it all bottled up inside me? After getting it off my chest, I asked mr1973 of his recommendations of a certified yellow-dialed watches. So it wasn't all rants.

I apologise for the vagueness of my opening post. I wanted to vent my extreme frustration, dissapointment and anger with Doxa. After agreeing to charge me the old rcp after one of their people dropped the ball, for them to retract the offer really angered me. I'd be more understanding if they said they'll try to work something out that works for both sides instead of pulling this stunt. That's the end of my fixation with that group.
Understood and yes it seems like yours is not the only bad experience with DOXA, the whole thing has put me off the SUB5000 completely and back onto the Omega SMP or PO track. Have been stricken with g-shock/pro-trek sickness this last month though...................

Yep they get the hooks in, keep an eye on them there are quite a few reissues and remakes of the classics, now with tough solar etc, also good new stuff for gadget freaks like the impending riseman alti/baro model. Good alternative to the PRS18 for yard work etc when i feel the digital need.
