I was fortunate enough to get an invite to the Omega Speedmaster 60th Anniversary at the Tate Modern in London last week. It was an amazing event and meeting Buzz Aldrin was pretty cool.
Anyway I got chatting to the guy next to me at dinner and he showed me the watch he was wearing. Can anyone guess the year of this beauty?
They also had a superb display of all the Speedmaster models: As you can imagine the security presence was pretty intense.

Not sure really. Just get to know the staff at the OB's and it always helps to buy a watch or two from them occasionally :-)
I believe there is talk of having something on a smaller scale up here in Scotland, perhaps later in the year. More details if/when I get them.
