I seem to recall a line from a Shakespeare play that came to mind during the Omega vs. Eddie legal spat -- 'the first thing we do is to kill all the lawyers.' Hopefully, the trademarking of 'Speedbird' will mean that such savagery isn't necessary. Well, not straightaway...

Shouldn't try to register in the US however: at my local Omega AD, people looking to buy a Speedmaster most often request a "Speedbird". Thus your internet business could be viewed as a violation of Omega's trademark in the US.
