Sorry, first photo when I sent out before full service, second when it came back.
Spot the difference??

I know slate me now!! Just paid £400 plus for a full service on Carrera day, date(and this is only because the rotor had come loose)
When it came back i opened box and I noticed straight away!!
What happend to "watch being fully inspected before sent back! Makes me wonder!
Not happy n sent straight back!
Wish I'd spent money investing in another watch but only keep it as it's sentimental!

Upper chronograph pusher ?
Top chrono pusher is missing the red ring?
Missing red band on the top right pusher?
Anything else? Suggest checking for scratches or other errors.
Well done for doing before and after pics.
At first, thought I was being over the top but when I've paid over £400 and it comes back missing the red around the top push button, for me thinking does a full service actually get carried out.
And to say it's fully inspected, I noticed as soon as I opened the box and I'm no expert!
Expected better

You're lucky when I sent mine into Tag it came back with a different dial and they never bothered to ask me, nor keep the original dial. I was livid! I'd never trust Tag with anything again and try to deter others. From what I've gathered they are poor at keeping any spare parts of old discontinued models.
That is shameful service !
I keep saying that quality control staff are being booted out...

I know somebody that was taken off QC there as they were stopping too many watches from leaving..
Get in touch with Tag on twitter and ask them what they think about it. Who knows you might even get an answer from JC Biver himself.
This why I stopped buying TAGHeuer years ago. They’re useless at aftercare in my experience.
I wouldn't buy another Tag.
It was my first watch and I did love it at the time.
Have not worn the watch alot due to others I own.
And only sent it in as the rotor had come loose, half thought they may have just sorted that out FOC (a bit optimistic I know!)
Feel a bit short changed, paid £415 (almost a third of its value if I were to sell it) expecting it to come back mint.
Missing top pusher colour, bracelet still marked, these were light and I thought a buff up (if they had done it) they would have come out.
Don't know if I was expecting too much!

Oh the 43 mm day date carrera! I used to own one and loved it to bits. Had to move it on due to my tiny wrist.
As was mentioned above publish postures of the watch before and after on twitter and give Tag a shoutout. They will probably try to amend everything in order to avoid being ridiculed...

Thats shocking service, I service watches for TH, in fact all SG brands, returning your watch with the incorrect pusher is down right terrible QC, someone will be in trouble for that no doubt.
