My first proper watch and generally unloved by the masses since the BLNR was introduced but for me it’s a keeper

Trying this new arrival on the wrist which I bought with the money left to me in my grandmothers will. Have a decision to make about it though as while I absolutely love the watch, the crystal is the concern, it's been strongly polished on two of the edges which creates a weird distortion effect and no doubt would also leave it pretty fragile on those edges. Was hoping to replace it but having contacted both Paul at electricwatches and also IWC directly it seems it would be very tough to come by(IWC will only offer replacement with a full overhall which no doubt would be more expensive than the watch itself). Seller happy to refund if returned within 14 days so giving myself the weekend to think about it, don't suppose anyone knows where I could get a replacement crystal for this one?

The joint smallest chronograph movement today (thanks for the tipoff @bobbee).

The others are apparently Breguet, Bulova and Venus, so in good company.

This one is next for the service and TLC treatment, after which a new strap will be in order.
