Quartz and digital watches are great pieces to just plop on the wrist knowing that it's completely precise despite not wearing it for the past month. Just so convenient and hassle free.

Speaking of quartz:

Despite buying a Tissot V8 to try to scratch my speedy itch a while ago, the convenience and accuracy of quartz is certainly a benefit!

My two oldest watches are quartz, an ancient TAG F1 and a Cartier tank francaise. Both keep pretty much perfect time, and quartz is uber convenient for a dress watch as I wear it so infrequently.
Pics just for the sake of it;
I also have a g shock as my work beater. A nice change at times.

I am very tempted in buying a new Seiko (Divers or Flightmaster) although am looking at a quartz model due to the convenience factor. I already have two automatics (Omega Seamaster and Tissot Visodate) as well as other quartz watches but get concerned about my automatics going wrong etc if they’re not used regularly, hence why I’m thinking of a quartz so I don’t have that concern? Is that being a bit silly though?
