    WARNING : EU customers ebay seller selling fake watches

    Friend of mine bought Mido Commander on bay. After check it turned out to be counterfeit. Guy is still in business, reported, refund was issued. Just WARNING.

    Unfortunately this happens quite a lot and what's even more sad is that, from what I've seen, sometimes the accounts don't get closed or banned.

    Ebay has this serious bias towards power sellers as they're called. They sell a lot of stuff, make a lot of money for ebay from fees and ebay is lenient on them.

    I know. Just a warning. This is actually first time I saw counterfeit Mido. Tissot are more common.

    There are quite a few fake Mido watches - also fake ORIS are very common - in fact, it seems that anything that can be faked will be....

    I recently found what appeared to be a really good ebay deal on a Mido - emailed the seller asking him to confirm it was genuine and his arrogant response was "of course it's not genuine at that price" - I'm afraid that I now steer clear of ebay for high-value items - too many scammers around....

    You can not leave negative feedback for refund. Untill my friend took watch under loupe at watch center he did not even think it was not original

    There is a regular fake Tissot seller on eBay. I have reported them, but nothing is done
