Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".
.
Me like too.

Every watch a story.

Great strap but IMHO it needs to be a bit darker to go with the 50.
Might be able to still get milk out of that strap.
Bizarrely appealing.

No.
Wait. Yes.
I'm not as think as you drunk I am.
Now that would go with my Triumph Rocket III ok! :)
Nice strap!
Cheers,
Guy :)
Matches with the no rad. Brown and yellow. Not bad.
Looks like I am in the minority here. Both look like great pieces, but I don't like the "whole"....

Not really. I don't like straps that call attention to themselves. To me, the strap is like a picture frame on a painting. You shouldn't see the frame as a separate entity, but the frame should enhance the picture. Same with a watch and strap, IMHO.
DimGR, I think the classically unique looks of the PRS-50 are as different as your custom watchband but it's surprising how well they go together. Very nice. I'd bet the tan color TF Aviator would also go very well with the PRS-50 after seeing your setup. Rollon :blackeye:
looks great. :)

Rob, I was right--the tan T-F aviator on the PRS-50 looks great too, even better than I thought in fact. For some reason the PRS-50 seems to look neater and neater every time I see a picture of one and the tan leather seems to set it off best. Thanks for the great pictures from both you and DimGR, Rollon
That looks to match the red in the "no radiations" symbol - or at least compliment it very well.
Well done.
Love that strap & the watch, not sure on the look together .. but I think when the strap darkens it'll look better ..
