Got the kids trampoline out of winter storage today. Whilst wrestling to get the sprung loaded legs in situ, one escaped and flew full whack into my bonce. Much swearing ensued.

Also scrubbed n rinsed the soft top wash off the car that I put on just before, then 2 hours later brushed on the water proofing stuff. All I might add whilst looking after the kids cos wife was at work. I now however, feel sh1t and am numbing the pain with red wine
