alternatively, how much would it cost to send it overseas to america/canada with insurance, to get it fixed

Another guy i've used is Steve Burrage in Leicester (http://www.rytetimewatchrepairs.co.uk). He did luming of two hands for me for a paltry £5 plus return post :wink:

The pip fell off my SAR-D after only a few months. Sent it back to Marathon in Switzerland and they replaced the bezel. Took a while though!
