New watch box and quick SOTC

My new watch box arrived this week. After trying a few cheap watch boxes that didn't satisfy, I ordered a dearer one and it's perfect.
The cheaper ones had loose cushions or were generally poor quality. I was going to get a 5 watch box but my daughter preferred the look of the 6 watch box so that's the one I went for. This meant I needed one more watch to fill up the box!
I was going to get a Steinhart GMT as a summer/holiday watch but decided to get a Seiko Padi Turtle instead. The Turtle adds some colour and also the 22mm natos I already had could be put to use as the other 5 watches are 20mm lug width.

The box is from Aevitas and was £89, the quality is lovely and the cushions are nice and snug.

    My 6 watches are:

    Omega Speedmaster Professional
    Stowa Marine Automatic 40mm
    Seiko SARX045 automatic
    Seiko Padi Turtle
    Stowa Flieger handwind
    Precista PRS-82

    Nice box.
I've just checked their website but don't seem to have piano black with solid lid version.
Wonder how it is stacked up against this one from eBay Germany??

I like that little collection. Decent bit of variety in a good looking box.

Thanks, I've tried to get a bit of variety and cover the bases with fewer watches, 6 is more than enough for me these days.
If I do fancy another it will have to be a case of one in, one out.

lovely box! I would fear using a box though ...in the event of a break in then it makes it very easy for the thief to grab all the watches doesn't it? or does the box fit aaway in the safe or safe place?

Probably depends on your collection. Much like the OP my collection isn't worth a fortune so if we got robbed the watches wouldn't be the focus of my loss.

For sure if I owned watches worth thousands per piece I'd feel differently.

Great looking watch box there, nice collection too.

True. I just prefer to put them together in a nice box rather than have them randomly placed on the bedside table or in a drawer.

That is a very nice box and a very well balanced collection. Something for every occasion.

Nice box and a lovely collection. Wouldn't mind wearing any of those with the possible exception of the PADI turtle.

That's a gorgeous watch box, reminds me of a Breguet box.
