That will be a stunning looking machine when it`s finished.
If i owned it i`d be in the living room where i could just rest my gaze upon it`s purposeful beauty.
    And lick it..

Re the dry clutch conversion, my pal had one on his 749. When it was damp the plates would swell slightly, so when he started it up and engaged first the drive came on. How he laughed as it bolted down his drive!

What's nice about Ducatis is that even when they're in bits, if you're a petrol head you can sit & look at them or pick up some of the bits & rub them. Only the faithful would understand!

To me it’s a piece of art, currently sat in the garage with a beer looking at it!! My neighbours must think I’m mental!

Another successful few hours in the garage.

Jeez, it just keeps getting better and better...
Actually, i think a work colleage has a 1098 - i`m not really up to speed on high-end Ducatis, they`re a bit like Ferrari in that they all tend to look the same to me!
    Stunning bikes, though.

Been pretty manic with work and getting ready to go away for 6 months and therefore have not had time to full finish the bike and the thread. Wheels are back and she runs and rides! Also confirmed that it actually fits in the garage with the GT3!

    Looks great.

When are you coming on track with me Mike? 2 wheels or 4?
