That's lovely!
I'm such a lazy sod. I rarely take pictures of my watches and usually then, only when pushed to by a prospective buyer (as in this case). But sometimes the true beauty of a watch only reveals itself to you when magnified a dozen times. I really do think the FF is one of the prettiest chronograph's ever, and that case ... almost sculptural!
It's just as well I'm replacing it with something equally nice :)
That's lovely!

No doubt, those FFs are just georgous - now about this credit crunch?
Very nice :D
May I ask what is the replacement?.....
When you look long into an abyss, the abyss looks long into you.........
I love absolutely everything about that watch :D Simply stunning.
Quite beautiful.
Very nice! It will be even better if you can post a lume shot! :)
Btw, what is the WR for this Chrono?
300 metres, and it's one of the few chronographs whose pushers can safely be operated underwater.Originally Posted by greeklander

Not keen on the "fonts" used on the face. But its a lovely watch
I wouldn't be too surprised if the letters AP figure in the replacement? :DOriginally Posted by tangaroa

A very good looking watch but messed up with that "Blancpain" on the side of the case.
A guess that is a sign that the more afluent people care less and less for elegance.
It is that and rubber straps screaming the brand name. Yuck.
You're quite right, Gary ... BLANCPAIN :lol:Originally Posted by GIB984

Yes it is!
All the best,

It is a great looking watch, apart from the 'Blancpain' on the side of the case. That dial & handset are wonderful, but I'd prefer a Breguet any day.
/vince ..
This Blancpain is the favourite watch on my wish list at present. I just love it.

This is something that always bothered me about my Invicta watches, the brand name on the side of the case. So, I am happy to see upmarket makers doing the same. After all, misery loves company. :twisted:Originally Posted by magirus

Cheers Lee
Stunning watch, wish i had the spare cash for one of those :)
Congratulations with your Blancpain.
As far as I 'm concerned: all Blancpains are beautifull!
Like wearing my one, only my daughter "borrowed" this, off to a HongKong-job untill the end of Jan. 2009. Be happy to see it back.
Ceramic Dial! I like alot, just like the GMTIIC
