Tapatalk image previews

Are image previews in Tapatalk not working? When scrolling through threads, most previews look like this for me:



I have toggled image previews off and on, cleared the app cache, logged out and back in, and rebooted my iPhone, but none of that helps.

Is anyone else here having this problem?

Yes, it’s the same for me. I’m finding Tapatalk very glitchy and unstable at the moment.

Yep, literally just renewed my subscription too, now my image previews have vanished. Not great.

Same here, noticed it today. Thought my broadband was playing up...just checked again, still the same.

On Tapatalk search for and join their forum and report the issue together with a link to show the problem. They are extremely slow to reply and even slower to fix but the more issues reported the more likely they’ll investigate and fix.

Thanks, I may do that. In the meantime I did send an email to support@tapatalk.com with a link to this TZ-UK thread. I received a reply from Tapatalk asking for some clarification, but no other info yet. I will share here if they respond with more details.

The images show for me, but my iOS is a lower version than yours.
I will be updating to the same version as yours, and will check again after updating.

Yes but for how long? Images and TT are pretty much a see-saw where it gets fixed and then unfixed etc.

I tend to turn them off as browsing 'the boys room' with them on can be traumatic at times.

Email from support says image previews should be working again, and they are for me. I agree the app usually seems like a work in progress, but this glitch was quite noticeable, and hopefully the fix will stick. Thanks, everyone.
