    Hi from New Member

    Hi. Thought I should hello and introduce myself as I’ve been looking over your shoulders, so to speak, for a while. Name’s Dave, mid-forties, married & work in financial services in Scotland.

    Let me tell you how I got into this watchaholic state. I had a perfectly good quartz Tissot that gave ten years trouble free service but a couple of years ago I thought it was beginning to look a bit shabby. I could have had it spruced up (might not be writing this if I had) but instead I decided it was time I had a decent watch.

    After much mulling I opted to for a Tag Heuer Autavia re-issue & loved it (still do). That was it I thought. Should do me for the next ten years. But…...the itch started. Started looking at other people’s watches. Looked up watches on the internet, etc. You know how it goes.

    Anyway the long & the short of it is I ended up here:


    + a couple more in for a service at the mo.

    The culprit:


    Don’t dare count the total but suffice to say it’s likely to increase what with all the new ideas I’m getting from posts on TZ.

    Amongst others are a PAM 111, Sinn 103 A Sa, Some vintage Zeniths and Cyma's, Omega Chronostop. Some rubbishy, some interesting.
