    Breitling avenger Hurricane 45 - thoughts ?

    Morning All,

So I was offered a Breitling Avenger Hurricane 45 brand new with the black and Yellow deployment strap for £4K with an rrp of around £6.5k I believe.

I haven’t owned a Breitling for a good while and am out the loop regarding there models etc. I really liked the watch more than I thought I would and it’s super light and comfy. I also believe it has the B01 in house movement. It comes with a 5 year warranty and 1st service for free.

What are people’s thoughts on these? Would I take a bath if I wanted to move it on or is it a decent price?

I know Breitling can be a bit marmite.

Hope you all having a great weekend.

    It's a great watch, I think 4k is good

I’m a big Breitling fan but I’m also conscious that I have never bought a new one at full rrp. What you are being offered is close to a 40% discount so if you’re keen on the watch then personally I’d say go for it.

Need to be a big lad to pull those off IMO.

On smaller men that brand looks daft

Yeah I agree on the 50mm one. This one on the wrist does not look big at all.

The smaller one 45mm wears small, must be the blackness of it, I would say it wears like 42,43mm

Agreed that the blacksteel does make it wear smaller. I have a 44mm SuperOcean and it wears much closer to 42 or so.

I like the black steel things they are doing.
That looks a little thick, but if it remains comfy and not too top-heavy, then it seems decent value.
