Didn't even know they existed until today. Tried one on in an AD today in Glasgow and it's a very fitting size for me. Had my eye on the 38mm for my 40th but I think it's just slightly too small for me. Would love a 40mm Precista or CWC G10 to become available at some point.

The 38 still does look pretty good but I prefer bigger watches. My wrist is a kinda flat 7 inches for reference.

Looks good on you. These wear pretty long, so it's the lug-to-lug more than the diameter to look out for on the Hamilton field watches IMO, as the dial tends to look bigger than the measurement would suggest. Looks to me that one is spot on for you.
Got to say, I likewise think these are an excellent watch for the money. I own the white dial 38mm version and really enjoy it.
I had no idea these were a thing. I think it looks better on you than the 38mm.
42 has only just been released. Looking forward to seeing one in the flesh, as I to find the 38 to small (for my tastes) but love the look.
I got one of these a year ago.
Not been off my wrist.

The strap is crap. Changed for a dailcloth.
