I currently have a couple of titanium watches.
The first is an oddball, a Steinhart Apollon.
A huge watch with interchangeable, but fixed, bezels, in different materials (none Titanium it seems, but the case is!).
The other is a more conventional Kickstarter, NH35 powered dive watch, but one I'm very happy with.
It's a Dailos Waveform.
I especially like the dial, the fact that they matched the date wheel to it, something even expensive brands often don't bother to do, and the bezel insert which is ceramic but with applied markers and looks almost the same as the bezel and case, which are titanium, as is the bracelet.

Re Kobolds.
I would say that there are quite a few details that make some Kobolds a 'finer detailed' watch than the similar looking Sinns.
That doesn't mean they're better watches (I have no experience of Kobolds and I'm very happy with the Sinns I own) and Mr Kobold does seem a somewhat dubious character, if the reports are accurate, but I think it's easy to overlook some of the small, but significant, difference between some Kobolds and Sinns (Eg applied markers vs printed dials).

Sorry just seen the link

I quite agree that some Kobolds do look good, but the amount of “bad press” on the forums is enough to keep me far away.
It’s easy enough to find the material so everyone can form their own opinion..

That looks great, really like these for size and love a bit of titanium.

Two titanium watches with me now (both recent additions) Couldn't be more different, but very happy with both.
I have too many titanium watches to count.
Here is one of the first I bought the G Shock MRG-1200T 'Revman'.
It is a real brute of a watch but still comparatively light notwithstanding. Being an MRG it is really well made and finished. In fact I liked it so much I got all three variations of it.

Jon, that blue Pelagos has me wanting to add to my black, the pop from it would be such a great watch in the sun - where your lives!

My only Ti watch, although I love the look of the Pelagos.

Good chunk of Ti in this one. Along with some ceramic and steel
First Ti watch is an Aerospace.
It is on the old ti bracelet, but works just as well on a leather strap.

I can't recall exactly what the extract from IWC's records states but, although a genuine Bund, it would have been sent by IWC/VDO to a third party (as were all Bunds) for onward 'issue' to the appropriate military group.
I'm not sure whether this one was properly issued or might have been owned by an executive of one of the companies; I haven't seen an extract of a watch that is known to have been issued so, apart from some of the rarer models which would have been made pretty much to order, I don't know if the extract for a 'bog standard' Bund would set out exactly where it went after IWC/VDO.
A superb watch regardless.

Yes, it’s the nicest Victorinox I’ve seen. Which model is it?
It’s reminiscent of the titanium TAG Heuer Bamford Aquaracer.
