I dont know why it was inverted, it was part of a wall display. I didnt fiddle with the pic apart from to screenshot it to remove location data.
Went this weekend to visit Turings Movado, and a rather lovely Ulysse Nardin marine chronometer. Figured the bombe parts were a better clue!
