Excellent Dave - look forward to it, although I'm 'sold' already.
The black one is spot on! Somebody needs to wear it in a film.
Costume jewellery. Ouch!!!

Yup, I guess I was too.
Anyhow, the review is now live, HERE
And here are a few of the shots that were not used in the review
Great review Dave. Nothing can compare to a centre minute chrono. This is going to be popular. I have the 17c - hope I can add this one🤞
Agreed, a very good review and photos.
I guess an obvious question is when is this likely to go on sale?
It is in the review, about September, and it will cost about £400. The former is a bit more to wait, but the latter is great news, and makes it a very competitive price
Great review Dave! Really enjoyed reading it and seeing the excellent photographs. I can only hope that we’ll be able to get one when they are released.
I want the black version but I'm drawn to the silver bezel one based on those photos.
Maybe both?
Love the design! Can't believe it was 15 years ago this thread started!
Now I'll have to wait and see if I'm lucky enough to be able to purchase one.
Nice work Eddie, and great review on WatchGeko.
I promised myself "no more chronographs" but... By the way what movement does the mission timer have?
"Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. The third time it's enemy action."
'Populism, the last refuge of a Tory scoundrel'.
Over the years, I ended up flipping all my Precista and Speedbird watches. Some I even had twice (17C and 18A). I didn’t think I’d miss them. But there really isn’t much to compare them to at that price. The mission timer is one so have been keeping an eye on over the years and so am delighted to see that it has finally come to fruition. It’s such a clean, yet functional design - much like a Sinn. All three of them are beautiful works of art and I shall be paying close attention. I remember when Ingot one of the first 50 Speedbird III and they sold in under three minutes. I’ll have to keep on my toes.
Not to be critical since the watches look great but am I the only one who finds the minute hand a bit too long?
It's interesting, and I thought about it during the review. My photos do perhaps enhance that appeaeance, as the flat crystal meant I had to angle the watches off to avoid camera reflections, and in most cases the angle brings the edge of the crysral closer to the tip of the hand.
In common with a few of Eddie's recent models, this one has a slightly wider minute hand than hour hand, and this too accentuates its size.
Handling and using them, I didn't think it was too large as it just hits the inside of the minute track, but I see your point.
Do you mean your review at https://www.watchgecko.com/hands-on-...ecista-prs-56/ ? Oddly enough I can't see September or £400 mentioned anywhere in your review. Am I going blind? :-)
You're right, it was edited out of the second last paragraph. Sorry, my mistake.
D
Thanks for the review Dave, these are looking great especially at that price. Might be tempted of I can be bothered with the apparent hastle of ordering from timefactors these days, used to be easy back when I last ordered.
Maybe I missed it, but when is this going on Sale?
Thanks, I thought it was over the coming weeks.. at least now I know .
Good gosh I've just found out!
I'm still shaking...

Looks good, but my preference would be ...
Aw too late
Had to look after sick family members. Kind of took over my life ...
Haven't noticed it mentioned that I can see (?)
Is the sapphire crystal internal AR coated ? I take it that it is not double coated.
Oh my giddy aunt! I've just come across this and my immediate reaction was, 'this is awesome'. Really looking forward to this.
Getting close now, unfortunately I'm working Sunday so probably have to keep an eye on the sales corner. :-(
It's not yet shown on the website.
https://www.timefactors.com/collections/precista
I wonder if it will be released in this coming opening or the next.
Either opening (this Sunday or next) could reasonably match the latest release timing update.
Timefactors facebook page says Sunday 4th September for mission timer
Up on the site now, £395 and £415 for DLC, for sale Sunday.
An excellent value watch given the specification and the price of watches from other premium brands like Breitling that use the same movement.
Time to sharpen those responses for the timed showdown.....

I'm probably not going to try to purchase this beauty (as I really don't find myself using chronographs), but I'm so excited for everyone who has been here from the start of this thread all the way to its time of purchase.
What an interesting ride it must have been for some of you. I wish you all the luck in the world this Sunday.
