They should have given me three greens for the 21 and the 3 in the first attempt, because:
3/7*21 can also be written as 21*3/7 (or 21/7*3) as per their commutative answers rule (I have the option switched on). I really struggled with this, obvious mistake in the tool. But after turning it around a hundred times, this was still the only possible solution so I tried anyway and it was correct.

Yes, there is only one 'correct' answer but if you have 'commutative answers' turned on it will accept a solution in an alternative order which it will rearrange.

The important part is that it will accept commutative answers only if the whole equation is solved, not for parts of it. So better disregard that in your head altogether as it's not helpful playing with that. It basically only supports lucky guesses.
