Tech help - marketing emails

I need to send an email to about 1,000 recipients

Last time I did this I used Mailchimp and it worked well. This time the test mails I’ve sent are not getting through

Does anyone have an alternate suggestion and it MUST be suitable for a tech simpleton like me !

SendGrid offers similar marketing campaign functionality, but it might be worth trying to find out why your test mails aren’t getting through using MailChimp. If it’s something that will impact any email platform then changing from MailChimp may not help.

Basically, if the mails are not getting through, something is wrong and it's not Mailchimp.

Having said that, if you're no techie it's unlikely you use all the features so you may in the future look at something simpler, maybe like https://www.mailerlite.com

What is the mail platform organisation/person associated with the email campaign?

Some services (I believe) offer bulk options.
