    Citizen Series 8

Anyone had any experience of these?

I really like the MOP dial with lattice overlay variant. Very nicely done imo and im a bit of a sucker for integrated sports watches.

    I’ve been looking at these.

There is a really nice black version which is limited! Been close to buying a few times, so going to be keeping eye on this

Interesting design and very nice watch. Wearable too. It always feels as though Citizen's designers design a watch looking at it from the front though; the sides and back often are a bit simple in comparison. Still, you get a lot for your money.

    Series 8 - 870

I bought the Series 8 - 870 from Sales Corner back in the summer.

Overall, you get a lot of watch for the price.
In my view, the overall finishing is a tad above the Seiko Prospex SPB models in the same price bracket.
The dial is a lovely deep dark gloss and the markers are nicely applied. Good quality bracelet with half links but no micro-adjustment.
The cal 950 in my watch is running +2, well within the stated range.
