Probably my favourite comic now Sean Locke is sadly not with us. Pushes the acceptable boundaries for sure, but for comedy, not purely an attempt to shock.
Went to see Micky Fanagans new show last night in Southend, if your a fan you'll love his new material. Its not PC and very risky in the current climate. He's says he does not care! He indicated that if he does a major tour it may well be his last. For us in the South he's a bit of a national treasure, certainly one of the last old school comics still out there delivering humour. For me he's up there with Billy Connelly in his prime.

I have never seen him live but would happily pay if he has a show in my area.
One of the best, absolutely hilarious!
Saw him live in Belfast a few years ago, loved it. There was a couple in front of us left within the first 10 mins, obviously had no idea who they were going to see.

Seen him a couple of times - my face hurt after both visits -
Saw him in Birmingham years ago. I can’t understand these people who get up and walk out all disgusted, surely if you book tickets to see someone you’ve an idea of what’s likely to happen.
Saw him in Cardiff St Davids hall years ago, at the start of "Out Out"came on and said I'm too tight to pay for support you've got me all night, did about 2.5 hours which was all brilliant
Hes brilliant.
Micky bats for the Sarf
Peter Kay the Norf
I think the rest of them are playing some other game
Micky is hilarious. Thousand island dressing - ingredients from a thousand islands!
Genuinely funny man!.
Always laugh at his stuff.
When you look long into an abyss, the abyss looks long into you.........
Didnt know he was back touring - would love to see hiom again he is brilliant
He did a couple of work in progress shows at Portsmouth Guildhall back in November which I was fortunate enough to get tickets for.
Micky was absolutely brilliant. The way he fed off the audience (and dealt with hecklers) was outstanding!
I popped round to the stage door after the show and he was kind enough to stop for a chat and a picture - a very unassuming and down to earth person in the flesh.
I went to his Work in Progress show too late last year & it was excellent. When he went off script & got lost in his stories it was hilarious. Very funny topics, not always pc, well worth a night out.
Gone on sale todqay managed to get a couple for the o2
Jealous, can't wait for his DVD/Netflix
Managed to get two on the presale on Tuesday for Birmingham. Can’t wait.

Tried in the pre-sale for both Manchester and Leeds and got nothing, same this morning. Bloody frustrating!
I'm so happy to read this as we grabbed 2 tickets for the O2 to see him in a few months.
We saw Peter Kay at the O2 last weekend and were pretty disappointed at his show overall. It was only saved by the final act, which was well put together, if not massively funny
Real shame as we wanted to see him for years.
Big hopes that Micky is a side splitter
A friend and I saw Mickey Flanagan on his home turf in Bethnal Green many moons ago. He was third on the bill at Lee Hurst's Backyard Comedy Club and pretty much stole the show despite the best efforts of the boisterous and well-oiled audience. It was a year or so before he made it big and we still joke that we 'discovered' MF. Can't imagine seeing him in a huge venue.
Don't just do something, sit there. - TNH
Big queues outside Hammersmith Apollo for him this evening as I drove past.
I would like to see him
I’m going out out! Seeing the show in Birmingham tonight.
