Seems like it needs to go back under warranty.
Hi all, keen for some advice
The Wife's Yachtmaster has become difficult to change/ set the date.
The watch was bought new in 2019, and is worn most days, without issue. Over the last few months she'd noticed it was getting difficult to change the date.
As you unwind and pull the stem, the date position has become increasingly difficult to locate position 2 and at times impossible
Occasionally it is also difficult to stop the seconds hand too for time setting (position 3)
Anyone else encountered this problem? Not sure if it's an issue for warranty or service
Thanks

I maybe wrong but it sounds like dirt or a foreign object is preventing the crown stem locating or sitting where it should for hacking or date set. Given we pay for the 5 yr warranty I would ask Rolex look at it as they will have the tools and parts to return the crown winder to as new operation.
Not has the issue. Warranty return and see what Rolex advise. Good luck. Martyn
