Omega Dynamic
On a less controversial subject than my last post :) (searched on previously posted subjects to avoid antagonising the easily bored  )
Are there any watches that you would like to see reissued? (try to avoid Rolex if at all possible  )
Omega Dynamic
Cool choice the chrono is a real classicOriginally Posted by cam1210

IWC Flieger 3706 - I cannot find one anywhere in the UK and the replacement 'pilots watch classic' is a poor substitute
Omega X-33
A beautiful watch, sadly mine had to go to fund another.Originally Posted by swanny

I'd hate to be with you when you're on your own.
Do you mean the late 60s/70s original Dynamic or the late 90s offering? The late 90s one didn`t sell well although I think it would be more marketable now as tastes have changed towards this type of watch.Originally Posted by cam1210
The 60s/early 70s model was a ground-breaking very stylish design which seems to be very popular amongst both retro fashion lovers and collectors. I have 3 at the moment so it's fair to say I like them.
Not sure I`d like to see either re-issued. Both would have to be bigger than original (to suit the ridiculous current trend towards big watches) and both would need to carry silly price tags to fit the currrent Omega marketing strategy.
Maybe the 1950s Omega Constellation with pie-pan dial could be a candidate?
The Zerograph
Or the Centregraph
I'm not as think as you drunk I am.
I'll add the Breitling Premier to that. And give that one a tobacco brown dial as well.Originally Posted by Georgey

I'd vote for that too - I prefer the smaller size compared to the newer versions.Originally Posted by swanny
Additionally from IWC I'd love to see the 3 of the Porsche Design Titanium watches again. The 1978 Chronograph, the Ultra Sportivo & the Ocean 2000. IMHO the current PD products are a bit fussy & no way near as classy.

The trouble with reissues is they are always a bit wrong, a bit messed up.
Cheers,
Neil.
I agree with Neil C., generally the re-issue does not hold a candle to the original. However I am looking forward to the PloProf re-edition & I love my Speedy '57 Re-Edition. Saying that though, I would also like to see the single pusher Lemania Chrono ..
/vince ..
any of the old heuers....montreal, silverstone, kentucky, skipper, camaro.
i won't even look at heuerboy.com any more for fear of spending more money :)
IWC Ocean 2000 :)
Zenith must have heard me answer this very question earlier this year.

I'd love to see this one re-issued... a no brainer really. Come on Omega!
I'll go along with that - a good suggestion.Originally Posted by Toshi

Or a plain and simple Omega memomatic:
Maybe best we don't request a run of 50 with actual Cal.135 on board  8)Originally Posted by switch107

a) Omega Seamaster 1000;
b) Anything with a Lemania 5100 movement.

Rolex Explorer 1016, from about the 1980's. It would give the hoarders something to think about!
That's an interesting connection - I'm going to have to go away and think about that... :)Originally Posted by NJH

Heuer Autavia would be nice but Tag did do a reissue and as others said it would be botched... and they were correct it was botched
Jaeger LeCoultre Master Reveil. I really don't know why they removed it from the range, and I can't find one. :(
Smith W10 late 1960s automatic or quartz. Sweets, cool and clean.

+1 for the Omega 1945 Cal. 30T2SCrg. Though at the price Omega would be charging I doubt it would have effect on my watch collection.
rolex-steve mcqueen. the muts nuts 8)
Its the shape of the case, and case back that seems similar to me. The way the lugs come straight out of the case is also a bit like the Ocean 2000 but it isn't as clean looking as the integrated bracelet / lug design on the Ocean 2000. Its the blingy bits on the Oris that ruin it for me, I know some ppl will feel some blingy bits lift a Ti watch but not for me. Of course the bezel is a big glaring difference but perhaps one of the things on the Ocean 2000 that puts ppl off is the lack of minute markers.Originally Posted by Qatar-wol

Yes, I know they have already, but I'd like them to reissue the reissue so I could stand a chance of getting on the list :)
Omega 600m PloProf but true to the original and not made to look contemporary.
