No, but I’ve no hesitation in recommending them.......trust me on this.
Has anyone used Hugh Rice in Hull for Rolex servicing? They are an authorised dealer with an accredited workshop and provide a full 2 year Rolex guarantee.

Bill Rice is also very good. He is an independent but formerly Rolex accredited.
Hugh Rice will definitely look after you though.
Worth checking but the Genesis price includes a number of common components and Rolex I believe charge extra. I may be wrong. I'm having this quandary ATM as well.
I’ve had a few watches for there shop in Harrogate, everyone I’ve dealt with there have been great, had them send a DSOM to Omega for service but it took an age to come back but that was a logistics issue .

Prices are certainly up.
£700 for a SeaDweller
£650 for a DateJust
As an official service centre Hugh Rice can service the DateJust but the SeaDweller has to go back to Rolex.
I think SD's do have to go back to the mothership now because the cost of the pressure testing machine for WR is prohibitive for independents.
The thing with Bill is, his prices are the same but his skill is probably greater and he is also generally quicker.
Vs an in house AD watchmaker with Rolex accreditation, I'd go with Bill.
Otherwise, if Bill is a no go, I'd ask Hugh Rice to send it to Rolex for a St James service and Rolex service card etc.
I'd pay Bill Rice more than Rolex to service a vintage watch. He'll do a better job, you'll have full control and it will be quicker.
If it's a modern watch, the benefit is less but I'd still choose Bill every time.
Slightly on topic still;
I’m thinking about getting my hulk serviced. Its about 10 years old now. Will every AD charge the same price to send it off to Rolex or do some add their own fee on top?
Lovely cheers
