There is a black, blue and white dial. This Green one is limited to 500 and online only, so no boutique or AD, also think sold out now.

After a hiatus of about a year, because I don't need any more watches (35), I've just bought this:
I must say I'm extremely pleased with the look, finish, and bracelet quality. Time will tell IRO time keeping. Bought new from James Porter in Glasgow. Very pleased with their service and the level of knowledge of their staff (no connection BTW, just a happy customer).

With thanks to benrapp for posting his in this thread, now I've got this silliness!
Yes, the lumed disks. Haven't seen them in real life yet, will have to wait until tonight.
Bad: absolute crappy fake croc strap. Apart from a polished bevel on the lugs there's no nuance to the case, just a bog standard brushing all over.
Good: surprisingly thin, I expected it to be much bulkier. Reading the time is really easy is you can accept getting it to the nearest couple of minutes. The dial looks much better than I expected. I expected it to look kinda plasticky but it has a nice metallic sheen and is pretty dynamic with light and movement.
This one is in the post... it's going to a long weekend wait
Jaeger-LeCoultre Q2068570: Deep Sea Chronograph 42mm and 49mm lug-lug makes it a great size for me. Plus the chronograph can be operated underwater - great for timing lengths of the pool! It is an professional divers ISO 6425 compliant dive watch - The one I'm getting comes with the purchase papers from 2014 and a JLC service in 2018, luckily for the price I got it I could get it serviced but will see how I go - I will certainly get it pressure tested before going near water.

Got the call from the AD a couple of days ago, having had my interest declared with them about 2 years ago, but with myself about 10 years ago!
Popped in to see it this afternoon, and whilst I initially wondered if the 42mm might be a bit big and hefty, once on the wrist today all fears were dispelled!
Happy bunny!
Quick phonepic from the wine bar whilst celebrating!

Had the 41mm version a number of years back with the Oyster bracelet and plain bezel and didn’t keep it very long. Like many others, I think the quintessential Datejust should be 36mm with a Jubilee bracelet and a fluted bezel and of course a blue dial. The opportunity arouse to buy this so I thought I would give it a go.
That looks spot on Ken. The 41 must have been a bit of a dinner plate based on that pic.
The 41 does have more front than Rhyl, they are big watches.
Not obtained from the usual sources. Bought it off the guy who fitted my kitchen. He is my sons best mate and has arranged a fancy wedding in Spain and the bills are stacking up. When he bought the watch 3 years ago I sized the bracelet for him, so I know the full history of it. I advised him not to sell it, but needs must on his part.
He asked me to list it on here and I declined. I did advise him to take it over to Uncle Haywood.

Wasn't sure about this one if I'm being honest, but wow!
Still trying to figure if the thickness is a deal breaker...20230515_120435.jpg

I have a thing for Hamilton jazzmaster chronos, this arrived from Japan today and is in great condition for it's age. (12 year's old)

New to me today, first time buying a watch with a white dial. Usually stick to black or blue!

I have the same watch, accurate and built like a tank. Nice to see another on here!

Lovely 16570, it’s a great size at 40mm too!
My recently purchased 226570 is also my first foray with a white dialled watch. I’m mesmerised by the detail on it and the Rolex arctic white seems like no other white I’ve ever seen on a watch… it’s blindingly intense!
Enjoy!

A nice cheap beater for work, which wears very well at 40mm

Arrived yesterday from SC. Unfortunately, wasn't aware the original rubber had been cut to smaller than my wrist and so have had to order a new one from Longines which hadn't been anticipated and which won't be here for three weeks so have to wear it on this strap until then. Great technology though.
