Thread: Tesco Clubcard Vouchers

    Tesco Clubcard Vouchers

Just over one month (14th June) until the program is devalued by 33% across the board.

Just burned what I had left on Zizzi rewards for the family. The rewards are valid for a year. If you have vouchers (a lot of people do), you may want to spend them fairly pronto.

I bought a Tissot PRX with some of ours, converted to Goldsmiths vouchers.

I remember when they were 4 x value in Goldsmiths.

Mine are now converted to meals out ahead of this change again.

Wasn’t uncommon for Rolex to be bought with Clubcard vouchers, back on the day when Tesco was really making money, offering 4x and loads of clubcard voucher multiple offers.

I remember buying some printer ink which I then flogged, but dined out free every month for 12 months with the family on the Clubcard voucher spoils

Do I remember a guy buying £500 of bananas for double Tesco points
then quadrupling them into goldsmiths vouchers ?

He got a Sub and local old people’s homes got the fruit.

Have used ours for the last couple of years to pay for RAC cover for me and the missus as we drive a fleet of older cars and conveniently the vouchers have always added up to enough to cover that and a meal out. Shame it won’t be as good a value for the coming year :-(

We have enjoyed ours over the years and had a few stays at The Langham on them.

So, maybe a new thread of what’s a good alternative now?????

Used to convert mine to Air Miles and had family flight to NY out of them.
This was back in the day when Air Miles flights were inclusive of all taxes.

Bit of a newbie question but if I find an attraction I want to go and pay for using clubcard vouchers do I need to know the date I want to go or can I just convert the vouchers and then select the date once I know nearer the time?

    Thanks in advance.

    They exempt specific brands now.

That doesn’t surprise me as they also exempt specific brands if you try to walk in with cold hard cash and try to buy them.

Always used them for Legoland/Chessington/Thorpe Park etc. trips when the kids were younger, more recently on a variety of things. Need to get them exchanged before the markdown - thanks for the heads-up.

Converting mine to Legoland and Chessington. No meals out or Rolex for me :(

Went for 4x to 3x and now to 2x. What’s the point? Only thing worthwhile is the savings on Clubcard product offers in store, other than that pointless.
