Looking very nice, I remember the views when we met all those years ago to part you from the Z3M...

Blimey, that must be about 12 years ago? still wish I'd kept it, but you can't keep them all.
Quite a bit has changed here since then, views are even better now we've acquired the field next to us and removed a few trees etc.
