So those watches look very similar! They have the same movements even. I couldn’t work it out so I called Panerai in London and they said the two watches have a different case finishing and different dial - the 383 has a fully polished SS case with a sunburst dial and the 335 has a brushed SS case with a gradient dial. The 335 also differs apparently in that it’s a reproduction of an older historical 45mm Radiomir in their past catalogue. But that’s it.
I’m really into Panerai watches but like a lot of other people, I prefer the older models, if you wanted some reading material about their pre-Vendome days in the mid to late ’90’s and some of the classic watches they were making in the early to mid 2000’s then the following are reasonably good starting points:

There’s also all the Perezcope website stuff about dodgy vintage watches at auction and the ’scandal’ of cheap movements in expensive models from a few years ago but that might just put you off!
