I think it could be this one but I have a pretty good rotation going so not so easy to determine.

Boring. But I got obsessed with this…

This one. It's the only one I dare wear on my bike.
Zenith Cronometro Tipo CP-2 (bought here from David / j111dja in 2019). I love the fit and readability. And no-date means you can reset it it in seconds if it has stopped when out of the rotation.

This, mainly because the watch I wear at night.
Has to be the Ploprof on titanium
Edit: spooky or what! Do you think watches have feelings?
My spring bar just collapsed on me!!

Apple Ultra for me, I’ve only wore a mechanical watch 4/5 times at the most.
This one....

Even tie between these two.

This 422 for me, it’s an easy choice.

By far, the Polar Explorer. The most versatile, readable and under the radar watch I've got, so it was maybe 90% of the time on my wrist during the whole year. Normally when I get home I exchange my watch for a G-Shock or Garmin, but in this case, this has stayed on for days
Yema as it’s my daily wearer , then PRS Traveller and Milgauss.

Pelagos 39 by a country mile for me. Dull but dependable (and safe to wear on the streets of Central London).

This by a big margin.
Good going especially as I only got it March and then had to send it back immediately for repairs so only started wearing it in may.
I’ve had to force myself to wear other watches lately.

This, though I rotate a lot and suspect that not even this got 70 days in the wrist.

16570 - I bought this one 18 months ago towards the top of the Rolex bubble.
I overpaid.
So I am going to wear the hell out of it, and thankfully, it's an awesome watch to wear!

My 216570 Explorer2 was by far my most worn watch this year with the g-shock 5610 second as it is my go to gig watch.
I'm amazed I've taken to the 42mm Explorer2 so well. I wore a 114270 Explorer 36mm for many years and I'm the guy that up until fairly recently wouldn't go near anything over 40mm and was always defensive of the 36mm case size being the 'perfect size for all'.
Fast forward to now and the 42mm Explorer2 feels perfect on my 18cm wrist. I just switched to the 40mm GMT LN which actually feels strangely light and unsubstantial compared to the Explorer2. That said, my brain quickly recalibrates and I fall back in love with the GMT after a day or so.
My Explorer2 is the less popular black face but I honestly think that's the pick of the range. The orange gmt hand and Explorer font really jumps out. Love it!
Probably my aqua terra (on a quick release vertex strap) but a close 2nd would be my vertex mp45
I'm mostly a one watch man now. So it's this, like it was last year and will likely be next year...

To my surprise my Mühle SAR has become my most-worn watch since I had it, it’s super comfortable, compact for a 1000m-rated watch and the most accurate mechanical watch I own.

Submariner with Explorer II polar a close second.
Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.
I can't say for sure, I don't keep a log, but it'll probably be the Planet Ocean.
Since summer it has been my Casio Gshock GWM5610. Prior was my Apple SE watch with the odd days with a CWC Fatboy 80 or Mellor 72.
Probably this one. Love the Steampunkiness of it
According to my watch tracker spreadsheet (I know), my most worn watch of 2023 was this Omega Seamaster. I still enjoy wearing it and am glad I sold a few watches to pay for it.
I've considered a Nato style strap but the bracelet is very comfortable and the micro adjustment copes with the variations in the British climate.
Sent through the ether by diddling with radio waves.
My most worn was this Zenith with 123 days of wear.

This for sure. Probably 3/4 of the year. Had a few issues with dust on the dial when I first collected it so wore the feck out of it so I could eventually forget about it.

Apart from high summer with the G shock, it's been mainly this.
My Garmin gets a lot of wear for dog walking and sports but this year my most worn is the BB58

Sadly, it’s been my Garmin.

I was fortunate enough to score my grail watch =)
This guy.
Great to see so many Sinn’s on the thread. Usually, my most worn watch is a EZM2, but it is in low battery mode and I haven’t got around to sending it back to Germany this year.
Therefore I think the most worn is between these 2:
The Halios Fairwind, which has been on a couple of holidays, and is a serious rival to my snowflake
Also a Grand Seiko SGBA 415 “winter” which I have been trying to work out my favourite strap for - settling on a nice grey / mint Barton Elite.

Days without something recorded are my Apple Watch, so I suppose that wins but other than that, the BB pro is the clear winner.
I think I need to get rid of the Apple Watch and wear my others more often.
Think it would be my Garmin as I wore that for the bulk of the last 6mths having grown a little watch weary and wanting to track certain stats, after that probably the DA47 as it's the perfect day to day wearer for me.
One of my aims this year is to vary the non-vintage watches I have to create more day to day variety...
