    It's not actually bang on the 13:00 hrs marker on the bezel Neal.

    The 13:00 hrs position for the GMT hand (as shown) is directly between the 32 minute and 33 minute markers. Every minute marker on a GMT dial (for the GMT hand) denotes 24 minutes. Every 5 minutes on the dial therefore denotes two hours.

    The hands on this rather nice Ball Engineer are therefore spot on.
