    Interestingly Buck House is 1828 gbp and Windsor Castle is even more, reportedly 2365.16 gbp per year...that can´t be right...

    I would have thought both should be subject to business rates

    I believe there is certainly some corporation tax applied to Buck House in addition to the CT calculated on the portion of the property the family use...taking the CT element in isolation it's been reported that 46 per cent of UK households will pay a higher amount than Buck House...all in it together

    Crown and Armed Forces properties are exempt from CT.

    Large portions are exempted.

    Possibly the bits that are classed as domestic dwellings may get it applied?.
