    My wife was in one of the earlier programmes.

    She's a neuropsychologist, and assists with awake craniotomies (i.e. brain surgery during which the patient is awake and conscious). Her role is to continually test things like the language and speech responses of the patient, and to inform the surgeon if they are being impacted by the surgery.

    A friend of us is an oncologist. She has ‘button’: when you ask her questions about certain operations, she start telling and explaining. Without regard for where she is, without any restrictions. Even on a full terrace in front of a restaurant. Sometimes people stop eating and ask the waiter/waitress for another spot…

    Guess what has become a ‘running gag’… even her daughters get her talking when they’re sitting down for a coffee or lunch.
