    Asking price approaches

I plan to sell a couple of watches and am not sure how to price them.

I saw reference to 10% less than the recent Chrono 24 sales data. If this a generally accepted point?

    Thanks in advance.

Well if you take the cheapest comparable watch in c24 and factor in the seller will pay 6.5 percent commission on the sale that gives a starting point at least.

    Hi

I tried to message you regarding a watch you have listed but I am unable to. Please can you message me? Thanks

I look on eBay completed listings and also look at what things are for sale on the web
Then I list at 10-15 percent less as personally I’d rather sell at less and sell quickly plus buyers are usually more likely to be happy

Thank you for the reply. My question relates to the Daytona so not too many around to compare prices ( with the exception of the one currently on for £32k)

I don’t know Rolex selling prices as I’ve never owned one, I guess you have to ask yourself what price would you pay for one then try at that

Thanks. I think I’m ball park now as being approached by traders now.
