I ended up getting the Broil King Baron with an IR side burner. So far so good; and I got it for a good price locally.

I had been eyeing up the Phantom too, but it the end went for stainless steel and couldn’t justify the extra cost of Napoleon.

Also went down to a 4 burner which I’m glad as I have the egg and a pizza oven now . I also got a griddle at the same time as I like using that. That’s the only downside of going smaller, as previously I had a large griddle and still had lots of grill space.
