You are going to prison and into isolation for a long time ... you will be allowed to take a watch with you but it can only have one hand and no date ... this hand cannot be a 24h hand.

Which hand will that be? H? M? S?

I am taking the hour hand.

Well it's a strange poll, but i have to say that the seconds hand would offer the most punch... re: safe max workouts i.e. HR pulse...

plus it would give you something to do by making yer own scratch mark on a wall every 60 sec for a minute count, and even a 60 minutes count for an hour gone by if you really cared to track. :roll: :wink:
