Bathys in the uk ?

I have been trawling the net trying to find a uk stockist of new or used bathys and comming up blank.
Any of you guys know of anywhere in the uk that may have any in stock ? even somewhere in europe would do, cheers ! :D

I saw them in Selfridges last year. I dont know if they still stock them
