Nope! exactly the opposite - Mrs Floyd:"can you PLEASE get rid of those effin watches, i'm fed up with seeing watches everywhere around the house". :DOriginally Posted by MartynJC (UK)
Yup:
3 Ocean 7 LM1's, Bell & Ross Pilot, Omega Seamaster apnea, 2 Breitling B1's - although she was happy to see the back of my Ironman indiglo for some reason?

Yes she has, sad to say I didn't listen.
Now I wish I had. :(

I've wanted to sell my 16710 for ages but she won't allow me, although it's slightly different in this case as my wife wears it a lot.
Yes, Mrs Bond just the other night stated that I was not allowed to sell the collection to buy a Rolex as I would get bored with it and regret it :?
My wife does recognise that it's an illness
Mrs M's not stopped me from selling, but she has made it clear which is her "bestest favourite" and this is from a woman who thinks I have a watch fetish...
"I prefer the blue one" she says (and it's grey  )
My dear wife couldn't care less and I wouldn't listen to her if she did. :D
Cheers,
Neil.

Yes, my Ebel E-type chrono, she loves it, and it doesn't sell anyway :DOriginally Posted by MartynJC (UK)
Cheers,
Daddel.
Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!
Mine doesn't want me to sell any, she really likes them all and often urges me to get another one :D
oh and as for it being an illness I would have laughed at that comment a few months ago but crikey this really is an illness and I am afraid i have got it in a bad way, I am just pleased I am not alone :D
She did tell me not to sell my last Darth Tuna, but I did, she was right, and I've replaced it with an identical one now. She thinks of the Tuna as my 'holiday watch' and associates it with happy memories, so I'll always be allowed to keep a Darth in the collection. Just have to stick an orange Rhino on it and it's a sign to the whole household that we're leaving soon for the airport 8)
She did mumble something about 'addiction' when I was sorting out some straps last night.... hmm better rephrase that - I mean watch straps :? And of course I'm not allowed to sell HER watches..
..she always wears her favourite ti Tissot and the others live in a box somewhere
My precious el commandante "requested" ones to stop looking at my watch, and when i didn't, she didn't come back untill i promised to take off my watch for 24 hrs. I was to obsessed, according to her :D
