    Vintage omega help

    Hi, I've done some Google searching and getting more confused than ever.
    Basically just need to know the value of this watch please.

    MWR is probably the best place to ask. Unless this forum has some MWR members. I am one of the aforementioned but would not have a clue on it's value.

    Nice watch though.

    Guessing that’s the omega Dirty Dozen. If it is an original radium watch the Subdial should be set in at a different level to the dial. There were later refinished dials as I understand and the sub dial is completely flat.

    Trident 7 is your man for these.

    Can't comment on value but dial does look refinished, this will lower the value . I'm not a expert but after owning and looking at other Omegas from 40s 50s my sense are telling me it's not quite correct.

    It's not terrible and been done well but as a collector I would want a original dial, other collectors are not bothered and I do see there point of view about a scruffy looking watch !

    Is the movement correct, serial number in range of late 40s early 50s ?
