Parking fine on private land

Lent a car to someone who overstayed at a supermarket, duly received a fine. No problem they are going to pay.

It was daytime and the pictures sent as part of the fine are atrocious, should they need to provide better photos?

Pic one is completely blank, pic two you can make out the reg.

They have enlarged the reg on entry and exit.

With some private ones they can cancel if you can prove you were using the shop ( like a receipt, etc). Maybe worth a try.

I boycott a few places that use the register your car to park, it’s prone with operational risk from crappy IT and unnecessary.
