Last summer while on holidays in France, I've met a British couple, who driving back home to London, but on the way back they had a puncture in their brand new top of the range Audi, and the Audi had one of those non-punctualbe tires, and it has to be replaced, so they end up waiting for this tire for 5 days.

I find that quite outrageous. I wonder if people who intend to buy a new FM are aware of their practices?
I kid you not I was on the phone at least 20 odd times, I could get better customer support in my local kebab shop.
The guy how is responsible for CusSup, did not want to speak, and all I was asking is to service FM watch and pay for the work.
I was very pissed off. As a matter of fact if I knew about their CusSup, or more lack of it, I'd never got envolved with FM.
So this is the reason for this post: be aware of FM's customer service!

I know one jeweler dealer, and his second hand FM, which originally was sold for £65K was only managed to get £8K.
I did not know that Frank is a geezer.
