Last summer while on holidays in France, I've met a British couple, who driving back home to London, but on the way back they had a puncture in their brand new top of the range Audi, and the Audi had one of those non-punctualbe tires, and it has to be replaced, so they end up waiting for this tire for 5 days.
How that for a service?
